Lets start at the beginning. Most daycare/boarding facilities now require a temperament test. Every facility has their own clever name for it. Your facility may say “trial day” or “free first day” or “temperament Test”. 

Most people can do the basics with their dog if they do it properly. However, most of my clients are people who have had dogs all their lives and think they know what to do.
