IT'S RAINING CATS & DOGS (at least at Lowcountry Animal Rescue). All of their foster homes are WAY over the number of cats and dogs that they can comfortably accommodate. LAR only adopted 2 dogs Saturday, BUT they gained 13 new dogs last week. Can anyone foster 1 dog?
