Lowcountry Lab Rescue has an event this coming Saturday at New Moon Pizza on Johns Island that is going to be a BLAST! Great food, great music and lots of people. THey need 6 volunteers to help get the word out about LLR. Let them know if you can volunteer any time from 12 noon until 6 pm with 1-2 hours shifts.

Exciting new things happening at Pet Helpers! The first fence build under the Unchain Charleston program will go to benefit Toby and Tiny, two chained dogs on James Island. Lowe's on James Island has donated ALL tools and is financing the first build. Volunteer positions for the first build have been filled. If you are interested in volunteering for future builds (1 per month), please email unchaincharleston@gmail.com.
