Meet a Lowcountry Dog: Knaya

Meet Knaya! Knaya is a Blue Tick Coonhound who is about 6 years old. Knaya was hit by a car and left for dead when a volunteer at Pet Helpers picked her up and brought her in.

Knaya is such a lover! It doesn't matter what the situation, where she is, who you are; she is going to love you. In fact, Knaya loves everyone so much she can even "sing" I love you! What makes Knaya special is that she's so sweet. Though sometimes teased for being a middle child, her sole purpose in life is to love everyone...and sleep in the sunshine. She loves to go to the bark park and meet new dogs and spread her love.

She is guaranteed to make you smile even when you least expect it. It's a beautiful thing when a dog can encourage you to love others as you'd want to be loved yourself.
