Foster Fridays: Beatrice

Hi there! My name is Beatrice (Bea for short). I am a 2 1/2 years old female Pug/Boston Terrier mix. I was with my foster mom for a few weeks again and most recently for a short period of time. I am hoping to find my true forever family soon. Will you help me find them?

I am both housebroken and crate trained. I can both sit and stay. I am GREAT with other dogs and don't seem to mind cats (I just ignore my foster mom's) but I am a little too rough with children. I am energetic with lots of spirit; always ready to go go go! And I am very sweet.

Here is what my foster mom has to say about me:

Bea will do best with a family who is as fast-paced and energetic as she is. She likes to take long walks/runs, play with other dogs, and at night expect her to be your snuggly bug!

When I picked her up the second time, she knew something wasn't quite right. So she laid her sweet head against my head and stayed that way for a while giving me a few kisses. Then she was back to her energetic self shortly after! She has a great spirit, a loving heart, and just needs to find the right family.

She was a rescue out of Georgetown, SC in the Spring. Her first owner here in Charleston unfortunately kept her in a very small crate for about 19 hours a day. Then we found her a family with two small children here in Charleston, and after 3+ months with no problems, she snapped at one of the children out of the blue.

Bea is currently at Pet Helpers. If you would like to meet her as much as she would like to meet you, please give them a call!
