Foster Fridays: Alice

Hi there! My name is Alice and I'm a 3 year old Basset Hound. I've been with my foster mom for 4 months now. Although she is great, I sure would love to find my forever home.

I am housebroken and I major in being adorable. I am fantastic with other dogs, cats and children. The total package! I am currently living with 4 other fosters and i am great with them. I even attended Camp Bow Wow and received all A's on my report card!

My foster mom says that my personality is high energy. I can startle and LOVE to snuggle. My foster mom thinks I would work best in a home where I would not be left alone for extended periods of time; I have previously escaped from a fenced yard when I get anxious after being left for too long. I miss you when you're gone! I love to snuggle on your lap and whip my head and give you kisses out of the blue!

If you'd like to meet me as much as I would LOVE to meet you, please contact the good people at Carolina Basset Hound Rescue. WOOF WOOF!

submited by Melanie Vergas. "I have been operating the "Ellis Island of Basset Hounds" for about 4 years now and have lost count back at 30. I currently have 4. I decided to start fostering after seeing a desperate plea for foster homes on www.cbhr.com. I decided to give it a shot and immediately became very passionate about helping this organization."
