Let's face it- humans and dogs need exercise everyday. So why not get fit together! Classes will not only stimulate you and your dog physically but mentally as well. Regular practice brings greater flexibility, good health, and peace of mind for you and your dogi. We will begin with a 15 minute warm up walk followed by approximately 35-40 minutes of doga. This class is suitable for beginners. Students should bring a mat or towel, water, dog leash (NO RETRACTABLE LEASHES PLEASE), and a smile.

Limit ONE dogi per human. Dogs must be at least 6 months old to participate and have all of the required vaccinations. Please bring a copy of vaccination records to class. If you don’t think your dog is well behaved enough to come to class that is all the more reason to bring them! Work off some of that energy for both you and your dog! All fitness levels welcome!
