Apex Carpet Care, LLC is a Charleston, SC based carpet cleaning and emergency services organization. Established by the founder of one Charleston's largest janitorial and emergency services firms, Apex is focused on providing quality services to homeowners. We also offer property managers the smoothest and most cost effective services in the Lowcountry.

Gigi Spires, Partner and Regional Manager-

Gigi is an unusual individual with Bachelor and Masters degrees in Criminal Justice from University of South Carolina. She grew up in a carpet cleaning family and has many years of experience.

After several years as a Social Work Caseworker, she returned to carpet cleaning in 2000. She is an IICRC Certified Master Textile Cleaner as well as a Certified Journeyman Water Damage Control. She has also earned certification in Smoke and Fire Damage.

Her primary duties are to ensure quality services for Apex clients.

Bob Rogers, Managing Partner-

Bob Rogers runs the business management functions for Apex including scheduling, billing, sales and client services.

He founded Janicare, Inc., a major janitorial and industrial maintenance company in 1978. The company provided services to most of major commercial, multi-family clients, and government agencies.

Rogers was active in Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI) and became the first Certified Building Service Executive (CBSE) in South Carolina.

Since 1987, when Rogers sold his businesses, he has consulted to over 3,000 small to medium-sized businesses throughout North America. He was Assistant Managing Director of the largest management-consulting firm in North America.
